The automatic fabric packaging machine is formed from three parts: fully automatic packaging machine, Heat shrink packaging machine, Belt conveyor (or with cloth turning function).If needed,also could equipped fabric climbing machine for transfer fabric.
Fully Automatic Packaging Machine
- Model: ST-2500/ST-2800/ST-3500
- Constituent parts: conveyor, automatic PE fiüim feeding device, PE fiim sealing & cutting device.
- Function: send the fabric via conveyor, automatic coating of PE fim and cut the extra material, then sealing the fim at 3 piaces.
Heat Shrink Packaging Machine
- Model: ST-3500
- Main function: it’s a downstream eguipment of packaging machine. Using plate heater to heat the air and shrink PE fim by circulated convection. O Cloth rolls automatic convey to the heating channel by conveyor.
- Must choose shrink PE fiüm.
Belt(canvas)Conveyor
- Model: ST-345 belt conveying / ST-355 belt conveying with cloth tuming function
- Main function: It is configured in front of or behind the PE Shrink fabric Packaging machine. It conveys the cioth rolls to the neat process.
